      8 Days in Sardinia

      Olbia - Cala Di Volpe

Leaving Olbia, the navigation follows the granite coast of Gallura to reach one of the most iconic bays of the Costa Smeralda.

Surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, myrtles, and junipers, Cala di Volpe introduces the journey with its transparent waters and discreet elegance.

Cala Di Volpe - La Maddalena

The route continues north, among wind-sculpted promontories and stretches of sea with emerald reflections.

La Maddalena welcomes you with the small port of Cala Gavetta, the colorful facades of its historic center, and the lively atmosphere of a village deeply tied to seafaring.

      La Maddalena - Cala Spalmatore

A short navigation leads along the island’s coast to the deep inlet of Cala Spalmatore.

Protected by granite rocks and immersed in Mediterranean vegetation, the bay offers an intimate landing, ideal for a day marked by swimming, silence, and luminous waters.

      Cala Spalmatore - Bonifacio

Crossing the Strait of Bonifacio, the high limestone cliffs of Corsica emerge on the horizon with surprising theatricality.

The citadel, suspended over the sea and crossed by ancient alleys, introduces a stop with a strong character, where landscape, history, and architecture blend naturally.

      Bonifacio - Porto Vecchio

Leaving the spectacular inlet of Bonifacio, the navigation follows the southern coast of Corsica towards Porto Vecchio. Known as the “City of Salt”, the destination combines the charm of the citadel with light sandy beaches and the surrounding Mediterranean landscapes.

      Porto Vecchio - Tavolara

The crossing leads back towards Sardinia, where the unmistakable profile of Tavolara rises from the sea like a natural fortress.

The large limestone massif dominates a marine protected area rich in transparent seabeds, small bays, and deeply wild scenery.

      Tavolara - Molara

A few miles separate Tavolara from the silent nature of Molara. The famous natural pools, framed by rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, offer almost surreal shades of water: a secluded landing, perfect for savoring the most intimate and unspoiled dimension of the journey.

      Molara - Olbia

The final navigation crosses the protected waters of the northeastern coast, slowly leaving behind Molara and the imposing profile of Tavolara.

The return to Olbia thus becomes a relaxed moment, ideal for experiencing the last hours on board and retracing the most intense images of the itinerary.

      GIORNO 3

      GOOD TO KNOW

      FAQ

      How is the itinerary defined?

Each itinerary is tailored alongside the Captain and the charter team, based on the guests’ preferences, the duration of the cruise, and the desired destinations. Every detail is carefully planned to create a bespoke journey. The itinerary remains flexible and can be adapted during the cruise according to weather conditions, port availability, or guests’ needs, always under the Captain’s supervision.

Yes. Weather and sea conditions can influence navigation and require adjustments to some stops. In these cases, the Captain will always propose alternatives designed to ensure comfort, safety, and the best possible experience on board.

The itinerary is agreed upon with the guests, but the Captain plays a key role thanks to their knowledge of the destination, navigation conditions, and best anchorages. Following their suggestions allows guests to experience a more authentic, relaxed, and safe cruise. Upon request, a proposed itinerary can be provided to maximize the cruising experience and highlight the features of the chosen destination.

The APA is an advance fund paid by the Charterer at least one month before departure, usually 25–30% of the charter fee for sailing yachts and 35–40% for motor yachts. This amount covers the operational expenses of the cruise, such as fuel, moorings, port taxes, provisions, and any additional requests made during the charter. Throughout the navigation, the Captain keeps track of all expenses and regularly updates the guests. At the end of the cruise, a detailed statement with supporting receipts will be provided: any unused funds will be refunded, while additional costs must be settled before disembarkation.

Delivery Fees cover the cost of relocating the yacht to or from a port other than its base. They apply when the charter begins or ends in a location different from the yacht’s usual mooring. The fee is generally calculated based on fuel consumption, the distance to be covered, and the time required to transfer the yacht and crew. Delivery Fees can vary based on the season, yacht availability, and the schedule of previous or subsequent charters, and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

At least one month before departure, the Charterer sends the Broker a Preference List with all the information necessary to customize the onboard experience. Through this document, guests can indicate dietary preferences, allergies or intolerances, special requests, and any other detail useful for the crew to prepare the cruise with the utmost care. This information allows the Captain, chef, and crew to organize every aspect of the service accurately and tailor-made, ensuring an experience perfectly aligned with the guests’ needs.

The crew gratuity is not included in the charter fee and is generally offered at the end of the cruise as a gesture of appreciation for the service received on board. In the yachting industry, it is customary to acknowledge an amount usually between 10% and 15% of the charter fee, although it remains entirely discretionary. It is an established practice in international chartering, which we share transparently to provide guests with a useful reference.
